If you’ve already seen a LUSU Let property that you want, just call into the housing office and ask for a copy of the tenancy agreement. Having collected a lease, all you need to do is read it, sign it and return it to the LUSU Housing office. All our houses are let on a first-come-first-served system so be quick!

Once a lease has been taken by a group/couple/family that property is then reserved for that to enable those interested parties to read the agreement and ask any questions they may have with regards to the lease conditions.

LUSU do not charge a deposit, a retainer, a guarantor or admin fees, so signing and returning your lease with your first months rent by the agreed date is all you need to secure your new PG LUSU Lets home.
